Caitlin is exceptional to work with. I have used her services both as a landlord and as a tenant. As a tenant she has always been patient and available as we hunted for just the right spot (which we found!) and when we had issues with a landlord upon moving in, she was quick to go to bat for us to make sure things were corrected right away (for someone who is so warm and kind, she can really be a bulldog when she has to!).
